Here’s a simple breakdown of how it all works.

When are withdrawals processed?

Withdrawals are processed twice a month — after the 15th and after the end of the month. Processing generally takes 5–7 working days after the cutoff.

Can I request more than once?

Requests submitted before the same cutoff are combined into one payout during the next processing period.

What if my country has no branch office?

Eligible members may use a supported USDT (TRC20) wallet after completing the required identity and account verification with official support.
